Areas of Focus

Trauma & Complex Trauma

Including developmental, relational, and complex trauma — as well as dissociation, emotional numbing, and shame. We work at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system, without pressure to revisit what you're not ready for.

Racialized Stress & Intergenerational Trauma

Experiences that may not always be named as trauma yet live deeply in the body — including the impact of systemic oppression, cultural expectations, and intergenerational patterns passed down through family systems.

Anxiety, Overwhelm & High-Functioning Stress

For those who appear capable and put-together on the outside while feeling disconnected, exhausted, or emotionally distant on the inside. We explore what's underneath the performance and make space for what's actually true.

Identity, Culture & Belonging

Exploring identity across intersecting dimensions — including race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, immigration experience, and family roles — and how these shape your relationship with yourself and others.

Relationships & Attachment

Understanding how early relational experiences shape present-day patterns — in romantic relationships, friendships, family dynamics, and the relationship you have with yourself.

Neurodivergence & Self-Understanding

A non-pathologizing space for adults exploring ADHD, autism, or sensory differences — including late-identified individuals navigating how this understanding shifts their sense of self and history.
